- Have a Special Spot: Always keep your retainer in the same place when you’re not using it. Whether it’s a drawer in your bathroom or a spot on your nightstand, having a special spot means you’ll always know where it is.
- Remember to Wear It: It’s hard to lose your retainer if it’s in your mouth. Set a reminder on a phone or have your parents help you remember when it’s time to put it back in.
- Keep Away from Pets: Pets can be curious, and they might think your retainer is a toy! Always store your retainer in a place high up or closed away where pets can’t reach it.
